Copyright statement and DMCA notice procedure

We respect intellectual property rights and expect our users to do the same. This page explains our position and how to submit a copyright notice to us.

1. Our position

Magyar IPTV Pro is committed to complying with copyright law. We do not support or tolerate unauthorised content sharing. If we receive a substantiated notice that infringing content is accessible through our service, we investigate it and, where justified, remove it without delay.

2. User responsibility

Users undertake to use the service strictly for personal, non-commercial purposes and to comply with the laws of their country of residence, including copyright provisions. This is also set out in section 5 of our Terms & Conditions. Breaching these terms may lead to immediate suspension of the subscription without refund.

3. How to submit a notice

If you are a rights holder, or act on behalf of one, and believe that content infringing your rights is accessible through our service, send a written notice to contact@magyariptvpro.com with "Copyright notice" in the subject line.

4. Required contents of a notice

  • The name and contact details of the rights holder or their representative (email, postal address, phone number).
  • Identification of the protected work allegedly infringed.
  • Precise identification of the material complained of, sufficient to locate it.
  • A statement that the complainant acts in good faith and that the use is not authorised by the rights holder, its agent, or the law.
  • A statement that the information in the notice is accurate and that the complainant is authorised to act on the rights holder's behalf.
  • The complainant's signature (electronic signature accepted).

5. Our procedure

  • We acknowledge the notice within 48 hours.
  • Investigation typically takes 5 business days.
  • Where the notice is substantiated, the material is removed or disabled.
  • The affected user is notified and given the opportunity to submit a counter-notice.
  • In case of repeat infringement, user access is terminated permanently.

6. Abusive notices

Knowingly submitting a false notice may have legal consequences. Please only submit a notice if you are genuinely entitled to do so.
